Meet Lizzi
I started dancing, spinning and flipping as soon as I could walk. I came from a family where my sense of safety and grounding was severely challenged, and because of this, I have dedicated the last 40 years to finding healthy ways to be present and relaxed in my body. I have collected many tools, experiences and techniques that create safe and playful spaces for people to open and find comfort in themselves. With these tools, I have facilitated hundreds of groups with people of all ages and backgrounds in finding an authentic sense of self expression and connection.
